We offer a free initial assessment to prospective clients. Submitting an assessment form does not create a coaching agreement or payment obligation. The assessment is provided to help determine whether our coaching service is a suitable fit for your goals.
5. Coaching subscription
If you choose to proceed with coaching after your assessment, the following terms apply:
- Coaching is provided on a monthly subscription basis at the price stated on our website at the time of purchase.
- Payment is processed monthly in advance via our payment processor (Stripe).
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- No refunds are provided for partial months of service.
6. Your responsibilities
By using our service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information in your assessment and during coaching.
- Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any new training program, especially if you have existing health conditions or injuries.
- Take personal responsibility for your own health, safety, and training decisions.
- Not share or redistribute training plans or coaching materials provided to you.

Our coaching service provides training guidance and recommendations. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting or modifying any exercise program.
We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or health issue that may arise from following training plans or coaching recommendations. You participate in all training activities at your own risk.
